1. Routinely search and identify qualified attainable targets
2. Treat all acquisition candidates with respect
3. Be aware of financing techniques that provide added value
4. Execute Acquisitions with accretive results
5. Assist in the Transformation of the company and its future sale

EDAG’s team reports to the Executive Management team of its parent company, Revolution Forward Holdings, LLC for transaction clearance.
