Event Driven Acquisition Group seeks to identify, negotiate and acquire existing businesses that can be successfully transformed & repositioned within 3years, for a minimum of 3 times our total investment.		We look for distressed circumstances that provide an opportunity for us to invest and/or gain control of the organization then add intellectual, physical and financial resources.		Once the reformed company has grown significantly in revenue and earnings per share, we then will seek to liquefy our investments.
